As your team collects more forms, the Register view makes it easy to search, filter, sort, and export information.
Access the Register view:
Open your template.
Click Register to see a list of all forms created from that template.
From the Register view, you can:
Filter by any available column.
Apply multiple filters to narrow down results.
Set multiple conditions within a single filter (for example, selecting both Wind and Overcast in a Weather column).
Sort by a column header — click to cycle ascending, descending, or off (default).
Bulk download filtered results.
Filtering limitations
Data inside table fields cannot be filtered, except for List columns in Default tables.
To filter other table data, export the register as a CSV file and filter it in Excel.
Editing columns
You can hide, show, or rearrange columns by clicking Edit columns.
Only users with Team Controller permissions or higher can make these changes. Column edits apply to everyone viewing the Register, not just your account.
Available filters
You can filter by:
Project
Team
Created by
Creation date
Workflow column
Form number
Date fields
List fields
Text fields
Yes/No fields
Weather fields
List columns in Default tables
When multiple values are selected in a filter, the Register displays forms that match any of the selected values.
How template changes affect the Register
If a field is deleted, its column is removed from the Register.
If a field is added, a new column appears (blank until new forms capture data).
If a field is renamed, the column name updates automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I filter by data inside a table field?
Table field data cannot be filtered directly in the Register, except for List columns in Default tables. To filter other table data, export the register as a CSV file and filter it in Excel.
Who can edit the register columns?
Only users with Team Controller permissions or higher can hide, show, or rearrange columns using Edit columns. These changes apply to everyone viewing the Register, not just your account.
What happens to the Register if I change my template?
If a field is deleted, its column is removed from the Register. If a field is added, a new column appears (blank until new forms capture data). If a field is renamed, the column name updates automatically.
Can I sort the register view?
Yes — you can sort individual columns by clicking any sortable column header. Each click cycles through ascending → descending → off (returning to the default sort order). Single-line text fields, date fields, Created Date, and Last Updated are sortable. Multi-column groups (Tables, Actions, Sign-on Tables) are not sortable.
