Access to register views in Dashpivot depends entirely on a user’s role and the folders they have permission to access.
Org Controllers and Org Members
Have access to the Home Folder
Can view register views for org-level templates in the Template Library
Can see register views across all folders where those templates are deployed
Project Controllers, Team Controllers, and Team Members
Can only access register views in the specific folders they’ve been given access to
Can view register views for templates within those folders only
Users invited to a single folder
Can only access register views for templates inside that folder
Can’t see the Home Folder or any other folders they don’t have permission for
Workers submitting forms via the site app
Can’t access register views in Dashpivot
Can only submit their own forms
Can’t see collected forms or register data
Note: No Sitemate Users will be able to access any register views.
