Exporting a register as a PDF on Dashpivot Web lets you bulk download one or more completed forms as a professionally formatted PDF document. You can export just the register summary or include the full individual forms with the register, depending on your needs.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Active Dashpivot Web plan
Permission: Access rights to the template and its register view
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: Computer (web browser)
Subscription: Dashpivot Web
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the template register view that contains the forms you want to export.
Mark the checkboxes next to the forms you want included in the PDF.
Click Download PDF and choose the type of download you prefer.

When exporting a register to PDF, Dashpivot gives you two download options:
Download register only:
Exports the selected forms into a single A3 register PDF summarising the data.Download register and forms:
Exports the register as an A3 PDF with each individual form attached at the back as separate A4 PDFs.
