When creating a new account, you have a few options:
Continue with Google
Enter your email and, if supported, choose Google to sign up instantly.Sign up with email (login link)
Choose Login with a link, enter your email, and click the link sent to your inbox to access your account—no password needed.Enterprise (SSO)
If your company uses SSO, you'll be redirected after entering your email to sign up and log in through your organization.

Log in to Sitemate
You can log in using any of the following methods:
1. Login with a link (passwordless)
Click Login with a link
Enter your email
Open the email and click Login
You'll be signed in automatically
2. Login with Google
Select Google and follow the prompts.
3. Login with a password
Enter your email and password on the login page.
Why was my signup rejected?
There are a few reasons your signup may have been rejected:
Disposable or temporary email address — Sitemate only accepts permanent email addresses. If you used a temporary or throwaway address (e.g. Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail), try again with a business or personal email address.
Invalid phone number — Some mobile number formats may not be accepted during account activation. If your number is being rejected, try entering it with a different country code and update it in your profile once logged in. If the issue persists, contact Sitemate support.
Where is this available?
Login with a link: Dashpivot, Gearbelt, Flowsite, Dashpivot Mobile
Google login: Available for existing users across Dashpivot, Gearbelt, and Flowsite. New users who sign up with Google on Dashpivot can also log in to Flowsite and Gearbelt using the same method.

How long is the login link valid?
The login link expires after 15 minutes.
What happens if the link expires?
You'll be redirected to a page where you can resend a new link.
Can I switch login methods?
Yes. You can choose a different login method at any time on the login page.
Can SSO users use login with a link or Google?
No. SSO users are redirected after entering their email and must log in through their company's authentication system.
I signed up with Google — can I use a password instead?
Yes. Use the Reset password option on the login page to create a password and log in that way.
