How to Reset Your Dashpivot Password

What’s happening

Users sometimes forget their Dashpivot password or are unable to sign in because they can’t recall the current password. Dashpivot allows you to reset your password by sending a reset link to your registered email address.

Why this happens

  • The password was forgotten or entered incorrectly.

  • The reset email wasn’t received due to spam filtering.

  • The reset link expired (reset links are time-limited).

How to fix it

Follow the steps below to reset your Dashpivot password.

Start the reset process

  • On mobile:

    1. Open the Dashpivot app.

    2. Select Login.

    3. In the sign-in popup, tap Continue.

    4. Enter the email address linked to your Dashpivot account.

    5. Tap Forgot your Password? (blue text).

    6. Tap the reset link in the email you receive.

  • On desktop:

    1. Open a browser and go to www.dashpivot.com.

    2. Enter your email and click Continue.

    3. Click Forgot your Password? (blue text).

    4. Check your inbox for the Reset Password email.

Use the reset link

  1. Open the email from Dashpivot.

  2. Click the Reset Password link.

  3. Enter and confirm your new password.

How long is the Dashpivot password reset link valid?

The reset link expires one hour after it’s sent. If it expires, go back and request a new reset link.

Didn’t receive the Dashpivot password reset email?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for the email.

  2. Confirm you entered your email address correctly (no typos).

  3. If needed, repeat the Forgot Password process to generate a fresh link.

  4. If emails consistently fail to arrive, contact your email admin to ensure messages from Dashpivot aren’t blocked.

What if I no longer have access to my email address?

If you can’t access the email linked to your Dashpivot account, an org admin will need to help.

  • Ask an admin to remove your old email from the user list.

  • Have them add your new email to the correct team or project.

Only user on the account: If you’re the only user and can’t access your email, contact Dashpivot support to verify your account and regain access.

If the issue continues

If you’re still unable to reset your password:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try requesting the reset link from a different browser or device.

  • Temporarily disable browser extensions that may block emails or links.

  • Contact Dashpivot support via live chat or email.
