How to activate your Dashpivot account

Activating a Dashpivot account provides access to the org workspace, allowing data to be captured and managed using forms, photos, templates, and workflows. After receiving an invitation email from the org, activating the account is the first step before signing in and using Dashpivot features.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Standard

  • Permission: Received an email for activation

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Mobile device or computer with internet access

  • Subscription: Dashpivot access for your organisation

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. When an org invites a user to Dashpivot, an email is sent to activate the account.

  2. Click the Activate your account button and complete the fields.

  3. Once the account information has been entered, a text message is sent with a link to the app store.

  4. Click the link and download the Dashpivot app.

  5. Open the app and log in using the credentials you had used when a activating your account.

  6. Get started by checking out the Dashpivot app overview.

Note:

  • If the activation link expires or you run into issues, contact your organisation’s admin to resend the invitation email.

  • Make sure you use the same email address that the invitation was sent to when activating your account.
