Activating a Dashpivot account provides access to the org workspace, allowing data to be captured and managed using forms, photos, templates, and workflows. After receiving an invitation email from the org, activating the account is the first step before signing in and using Dashpivot features.
Additionally, managing your account effectively, such as updating email addresses or reconnecting on new devices, ensures uninterrupted access to Dashpivot features.

Device Type: Mobile device or computer with internet access
Step-by-Step Instructions
When an org invites a user to Dashpivot, an email is sent to activate the account.
Click the Activate your account button and complete the fields.
Once the account information has been entered, a text message is sent with a link to the app store.
Click the link and download the Dashpivot app.

Open the app and log in using the credentials you had used when a activating your account.

If the activation link expires or you run into issues, contact your organisation’s admin to resend the invitation email.
Make sure you use the same email address that the invitation was sent to when activating your account.- If accessing Dashpivot on a new device, ensure your account is activated and your email address is updated in the system. Contact your administrator if you encounter workspace access issues.
Updating Account Information
If you have changed your email address or set up a new computer, follow these steps to reconnect to Dashpivot:
Update Your Email Address: Ensure your account is updated with your new email address. If your access has not been set up for the new email, request to have your email updated in the system.
Log In with Updated Details: Once your account is updated, use your new email address to log in to Dashpivot.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you encounter issues accessing your Dashpivot account on a new device, such as seeing a message that you need to be invited to a workspace or contact an administrator, ensure the following:
Your account has been activated (refer to the Account Activation Process above).
