Re-sending an invite will trigger another email to the recipient with the details to set up their Dashpivot account.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan Type: Any Dashpivot plan
Permission: Org Controller
Skills Required: Dashpivot user management skills
Device: Computer or Tablet
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the relevant folder (Home Folder, Project Folder or Team Folder).
Click on the Users tab.
Go to the relevant User Types.
Find the user’s email address.
Under the Action column, click on Resend Invite.
Notes: If the invite email has not been sent, an error message will appear in the Email Invite Status column. You can hover over the message for further details and tips on how to resolve it.
