Users can be removed from Dashpivot Web either from the Home folder, which removes them from all folders, or from an individual folder.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Permissions: Org Controller
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: Web
Subscription to SaaS Product: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Remove Users from All Folders
Go to Home Folder
Select the Users tab
Use the User Types buttons at the top of the page to filter users.
Find the user you want to remove and select the checkbox next to their name.
Click Remove.
Note: You will need to be an Org Controller to remove a user from all folders.
The user will then receive an email notifying them they’ve been removed from the Team(s) and/or Project(s).
Remove Users from a Specific Folder
Navigate to the folder you want to remove the user from.
Select the Users tab.
Use the User Types buttons at the top of the page to filter users.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name.
Click Remove.
Note: When a user is removed, any content they have already added remains in Dashpivot.
