Bulk deleting forms on Dashpivot Web lets users permanently remove multiple forms at once from the Archived list of a specific template. This action is irreversible — deleted records and associated analytics may not be recoverable. It is recommended to archive forms instead if you may need to retain historical data. This guide is for Dashpivot Web users managing form cleanup.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Click on the relevant folder where the forms are stored.
Navigate to the Archive tab, then click the Register tab to access the Register View.
Select the forms you wish to delete using the checkboxes on the left-hand side of each row.
Click Delete (the red trash can icon) to permanently remove the selected forms.
(Optional) Use the checkbox at the top on the left-hand side of the Register View beside Created By to select all forms at once.
⚠️ Important:
We strongly recommend you do not delete forms as it permanently removes all records and associated analytics references, which may not be recoverable. Archiving is the safer option, ensuring your records stay available if needed.
