Deleting photos you no longer need in Dashpivot Web helps keep your project photos easy to manage and relevant. Depending on whether you’re viewing a single image or browsing all photos, Dashpivot provides two simple ways to permanently remove images you no longer require.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Permissions: Team Member, Team Controller, Project Controller, or Org Controller
Access to Dashpivot Web via a browser
Delete a Single Photo
Sign in to Dashpivot Web.
Navigate to the Photos section of the relevant team folder.
Select the photo you want to delete to open it.
Select Delete in the top-left corner.
Confirm the deletion.
Delete Multiple Photos (Bulk Delete)
Open the Photos tab in the relevant team folder on Dashpivot Web.
Select the checkbox next to each photo you want to delete.
Select Delete at the top of the photo list.
Confirm the deletion.
Bulk deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.
Notes
Team Members can only delete photos they uploaded.
Team Controllers, Project Controllers, and Org Controllers can delete any photos in the project.
Deleted photos are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
