Learn how to bulk export photos from Dashpivot for reporting and backup

Written by Adriana De Souza

Bulk exporting photos from Dashpivot Web lets you download many images at once from a Team folder’s Photos section. This helps you quickly create offline records, share visuals with stakeholders, or archive project photos for compliance or reporting. This article applies specifically to the Dashpivot Web platform and guides you through exporting multiple images efficiently.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Active Dashpivot Web plan

  • Permission: Access rights to the relevant Team folder

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Computer (web browser)

  • Subscription: Dashpivot Web

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open your web browser and log in to Dashpivot Web.

  2. Navigate to the Team folder that contains the photos you want to export.

  3. Click on the Photos section/tab to view all images stored in that folder.

  4. Bulk select the photos you want to export — you can select by date or apply filters (e.g., tags, user, date range) to narrow your selection.

  5. After selecting photos, choose one of the export options:

    • Download as ZIP — to get the original JPEG (or other image) files.

    • Download as PDF — to get a PDF file containing the selected photos along with metadata like location, tags, descriptions, and capture details.

Note

  • At this stage, you need to bulk select photos by date

  • If you're looking for a specific set of photos, you can use the tags on the left-hand side and the search bar at the top to narrow down your search. You can also filter by User and Date Range
