Bulk Photo Tagging in Dashpivot allows you to apply tags to multiple photos at the same time. This is useful when photos share the same category or context, helping keep photo data consistent and easier to filter and analyse later. This article explains how to bulk tag photos in Dashpivot Web.

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

Permission: Super User or DP Organisation roles (Admin or Controller)
Skills Required: Dashpivot Photos

Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Team Folder where the photos or videos are stored.
Select the Photos tab to open the gallery view.
Select the photos or videos you want to tag using the checkboxes.
Select Add Photo Tags at the top of the gallery.
Use the dropdown to select the required photo tags.
Add up to 10 tags at once, including project or team photo tags.
Remove any selected tag using the X icon if required.
Select Apply to apply the tags to the selected photos or videos.
Notes
Bulk tagging is only available for photos captured in photo fields with Photo Tags enabled.
Tags applied using bulk tagging will overwrite existing tags on the selected photos.
Bulk tagging helps maintain consistent photo categorisation across forms.
Photo Tags must be configured at the template level before they can be applied in forms.
