Applying Photo Tags in Dashpivot allows you to label individual photos with predefined tags. This helps categorise photos so they can be filtered, searched, and analysed more easily across Team Folders and Analytics. This article explains how to apply a photo tag to a single photo in Dashpivot Web.

Permission: Team Controller (and higher)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the relevant Team Folder.
Select the Photos tab to open the gallery.
Select one or more photos or videos using the checkboxes.
Select Add Photo Tags at the top of the gallery.
Select up to 10 photo tags from the dropdown list.
Use the search field to find specific project or team photo tags if required.
Remove a selected tag using the X icon if needed.
Select Apply to save the tags.
Alternatively, open a photo directly and select Add tag in the top-right corner.
Select the required tag from the dropdown to apply or remove it.
Notes
Photo Tags must be configured on the template before they can be applied to photos.
Only photos captured in fields with Photo Tags enabled can be tagged.
Tags applied to a photo are visible to users who have access to the Team Folder.
