How to delete a form in the Dashpivot Mobile App

Learn how to permanently remove a form from the Dashpivot Mobile App when it is no longer needed

Deleting a form in the Dashpivot Mobile App allows users to permanently remove records that were created in error or are no longer required. This action helps keep project data accurate and reduces clutter within team folders. Once deleted, a form cannot be recovered.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Standard (or higher)

  • Permission: Project Controller or Org Controller (required to delete forms not created by the user)

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Mobile device

  • Subscription: Dashpivot Mobile App

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Dashpivot Mobile App.

  2. Select the relevant template

  3. Open the form you want to delete.

  4. Tap the three blue dots in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  5. Click the View archived forms.

  6. Select the forms you wish to delete.

  7. Click the three dots at the bottom of the form.

  8. Select Delete form.

  9. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Note:

  • If a form is deleted by mistake, the action can be undone immediately by clicking Undo Delete.
