Sending a form as a PDF in the Dashpivot Mobile App allows users to share completed forms with clients, stakeholders, or team members who may not have access to Dashpivot. This feature is commonly used to distribute reports, inspections, or records in a portable and easy-to-share format directly from a mobile device.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard (or higher)
Permission: Access to the form you want to send
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: Mobile device
Subscription: Dashpivot Mobile App
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the relevant form you want to send.
Tap the blue '...' button in the bottom right of the screen.
Tap the Send as PDF option.
To enter a new email address, click Add, then Save - this will create a new contact & will be saved for next time.
Click Send.
