How to Send a Form as a PDF on Dashpivot Web

Learn how to email a completed form as a PDF directly from Dashpivot Web

Dashpivot Web lets you share completed forms as PDF attachments directly via email. This is useful when you need to distribute records — such as reports, inspections, or checklists — to clients, colleagues, or stakeholders who may not have access to Dashpivot. You can enter one or multiple email addresses and send a PDF version of the form without first downloading it to your computer.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: FreeTrial, Standard, Pro, Premium, or Platinum

  • Permission: Team Member (or higher)

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: computer

  • Subscription: Dashpivot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open Dashpivot Web and navigate to the relevant project.

  2. Open the completed form you want to send.

  3. Click Send PDF at the top of the screen.

  4. Enter the recipient’s email address in the email field. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by semicolons.

  5. Click Send to email the form as a PDF attachment.

  6. To view the email history for the form, click Show Activity in the top right corner of the form.
