This article explains how to upload photos to a form using Dashpivot Web. Photo fields allow users to attach images or videos directly to a form submission, helping capture site conditions, progress, and supporting records. This feature applies to Dashpivot Web and requires the form template to already include a photo field.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard
Permission: Access to complete forms. Ensure the form template you are using includes a photo field.
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: Computer
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the template and create a new form.
Locate the photo field in the form, which may also appear inside a table.
To upload photos from your computer and team gallery
Click Add photos in the photo field.
Choose Upload photos. This opens a modal where you can upload photos that are immediately attached to your form AND saved to your library.
Drag and drop photos into the upload area or click Choose Files.
Select the photo files and click Open.
Wait for the green tick to confirm the upload is complete.
Click Done.
Note: You can upload HEIC and HEIF photos directly — no need to convert to JPG first. A placeholder image will appear while the photo converts in the background.
To upload photos from your team gallery
Click Add photos in the photo field.
Choose Select from existing.
Select the photo files or click the Upload button to upload new photos from your computer.
Click Select.
