Using templates in the Dashpivot Mobile App allows field users to create, view, and manage forms that have been deployed to a team folder. Templates define the structure of forms and ensure data is captured consistently across projects. Templates must be created and deployed from Dashpivot Web before they are available for use in the mobile app.

Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard (or higher)
Permission: Access to the team folder where the template is deployed
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: Mobile device
Subscription: Dashpivot Mobile App
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Dashpivot Mobile App.
Navigate to the relevant project team folder.
From within the folder, tap the Forms icon at the bottom of the screen.
View the list of templates that have been deployed to that folder.
Select a template to view the forms that have already been created from it.
Use the selected template to create a new form or open an existing form associated with that template.
