Creating forms in the Dashpivot Mobile App allows field teams to capture structured data such as inspections, checklists, and reports directly from their mobile device. Forms are created from templates that have already been deployed to a team folder and can be completed and submitted while on site, ensuring information is recorded accurately and consistently.

Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Any Dashpivot Plan
Permission: Access to the relevant team folder in Dashpivot
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: Mobile device

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Dashpivot Mobile App and sign in.
Navigate to the relevant team folder where the template has been deployed.
From the Photos Library screen, tap the Forms icon at the bottom centre of the screen.
Select the template you want to use from the list of templates in the folder.
From the list of existing forms, tap the green + button in the bottom-right corner to create a new form.
Fill in the form fields with the required information.
Tap Save to submit the completed form.
