Deleting your Dashpivot account allows you to permanently remove your user profile from Dashpivot when you no longer need access. This action is completed directly from the Dashpivot Mobile App and cannot be undone once confirmed.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard
Permission: Account owner of the Dashpivot user profile being deleted
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: Mobile device
Subscription: Dashpivot Mobile App
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Dashpivot App.
Navigate to your initials in the top right-hand corner.
Scroll down and click on the new Delete Account option.
Click Submit Request.
This sends a request to Dashpivot’s Product Support team to action on their end — you will be notified once this is completed.
