How to Create and Assign Actions on Dashpivot Mobile App

The My Actions section in Dashpivot lets you view and complete tasks assigned to you by your team, as well as create and assign actions to others - helping your team collaborate more effectively.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Standard

  • Permission: Dashpivot App

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Mobile device

  • Subscription: Dashpivot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Dashpivot Mobile App on your mobile device.

  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.

  3. Select My Actions.

  4. Tap the + button in the bottom right corner.

  5. Enter an Action description.

  6. Click 'Sign to approve' to submit your action.

6. This will lock the action and notify the assignee via email.

7. View the action under Assigned by you.

Note:

  • Keep in mind that an action is not submitted until you use the Signature field

  • You can create actions and save them as drafts until ready to submit, by clicking the 'Save' button in the top right corner of the screen

  • Action fields remember your last chosen assignee and automatically fill it in for new actions within the same form.
