Deleting a single form on Dashpivot Web lets you permanently remove a form that is no longer needed or was created in error. This action permanently removes the form and all associated data, including analytics, so it’s generally recommended to archive forms instead to preserve records. To delete a form you must first archive it, then remove it from the archived list.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard, Pro, Premium, or Platinum
Permission: Access to archive and delete forms
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the folder where the form is stored and locate the specific form you want to delete.
Archive the form (if it’s not already archived) so it appears in the Archived tab.
Navigate to the Archived tab to view the archived form.
Click the Delete button (the red trash can icon) at the top left of the screen.
Type DELETE to confirm the action.
Click the red Delete button to permanently remove the form.
Notes
Deleting a form is permanent and cannot be undone; archived forms are safer for maintaining records without showing them in active lists.
If you only want to keep your workspace tidy but retain the data for future reference, consider archiving instead of deleting.
