How to Archive a List on Dashpivot Web

Learn how to archive unused lists to keep your List Library organised in Dashpivot Web

Archiving a list in Dashpivot Web removes it from your active List Library without permanently deleting it, helping you keep your workspace tidy. Archived lists can be restored later if needed.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: All Plan Types

  • Permission:

    • Home Folder (List Library) – Organisation Controller (or higher).

    • Project Folder – Project Controller (or higher).

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Computer

  • Subscription: Dashpivot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Home Folder > List Library in Dashpivot Web.

  2. Find the list you want to archive.

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the list name.

  4. Select Archive from the menu.

  5. Confirm the archive action when prompted.

Once archived, the list will be moved out of your active lists and stored in the Archived section where it can be restored later if needed.

Note: We strongly recommend you do NOT delete lists, as you will lose all information contained within them, and any associated analytics references. This content may not be able to be recovered.
