To work collaboratively in Dashpivot Web, you must invite people into your workspace through the Users section. You can invite individuals, set their access level, and place them in the right folder depending on the role they need.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Access to Dashpivot Web with permission to invite users.
Permissions: You must be a Team Controller, Project Controller, or Organisation Controller to add users (lower roles like Team Member cannot invite others).
Device: Dashpivot Web access on desktop or tablet.
Skills Required: Basic ability to use Dashpivot Web interface.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Dashpivot Web — Sign in and navigate to the Dashpivot workspace where you want to add users.
Select the Appropriate Folder
Decide where the new user should be added:Home Folder — for Org roles (Org Controller/Org Member).
Project Folder — for Project roles (Project Controller/Project Member).
Team Folder — for Team roles (Team Controller/Team Member).
Go to the Users Section
In the selected folder, click on the Users section to view user management options.Choose User Type
At the top of the Users panel, ensure the correct user type is selected (e.g., Dashpivot Contributors).Enter Email Address
Type the email address of the person you’d like to invite into the text field for the selected user type.Send Invitation
Click Invite Users. The invitee’s email will be added to the users list with the lowest default permission available.Adjust Permissions (if needed)
After the invite appears in the user table, you can change their permission level using the dropdown next to their name.User Activation
The invited person will receive an email notification. If they do not already have a Dashpivot account, they must follow the prompts to activate it.
Notes & Tips
Only controllers at the respective level can add or manage users at that level (e.g., Project Controllers can add project roles; Organisation Controllers can add all roles).
