Switching between workspaces in Dashpivot Web allows you to move across different environments without logging out. This is especially useful for users managing multiple projects, teams, or working across different Sitemate products such as Dashpivot, Flowsite, and Gearbelt.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All plan types
Permission: Org Controller
Skills required: Basic Dashpivot navigation
Device: Computer (browser)
Subscription: Dashpivot, Gearbelt, Flowsite
Step-by-Step Instructions
Sign in to Dashpivot Web.
In the top-left corner, select Switch workspace.
Select the workspace you want to switch to.
Notes
You can switch between workspaces if they are linked to the same email address
If you use different email addresses, you’ll need to log out and back in
The workspace switcher groups workspaces by Sitemate account and product (Dashpivot, Flowsite, Gearbelt)
You can view workspace hierarchy, switch products, and create new workspaces from the switcher
