If you have access to multiple workspaces, you can switch between them at any time in Gearbelt Web.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Device: Computer or tablet
Subscription: Gearbelt, Dashpivot, Flowsite
Step-by-Step Instructions
Sign in to Gearbelt Web.
In the top-left corner below your workspace name, select Switch workspace.
Select the workspace you want to switch to.
You are switched to the selected workspace.
Which workspace opens when I log in to Gearbelt Web?
When you log in to Gearbelt Web and have access to multiple workspaces, you will first see a workspace select screen. Gearbelt Web then takes you to your last visited workspace, regardless of your role in that workspace.
This behaviour applies to Gearbelt Web only. It does not apply to Gearbelt Mobile Web or the Gearbelt Mobile app.
If you land in an unexpected workspace, you can switch to another workspace at any time using the steps above.
Notes
Provided you have been invited to the workspaces using the same email address, you can switch between them using the steps above.
If you use different email addresses for different workspaces, you must log out and log back in to switch between them.
