At this time, it is not possible to directly change the email address linked to an existing Dashpivot user account. To use a different email address, you must create a new user account and remove the old one.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Permissions: Org Controller
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
To use a different email address, you must create a new user account and remove the old one.
Go to the relevant project or team folder.
Click Invite User.
Enter your new email address.
Send the invitation.
Open the invitation email.
Follow the prompts to set up the new account.
Return to the project or team folder.
Log out of Dashpivot on all devices.
Log back in using the new email address.
