What is the Sitemate Mobile App?


The Sitemate Mobile App allows mobile users to quickly submit forms without needing a Dashpivot login. It’s designed for field workers who only need to complete and submit forms — not access the full Dashpivot platform.

Users access forms by clicking or scanning a Sitemate Link (QR code or URL). Once opened, they can complete and submit forms directly from their mobile device.

Notes:

  • When setting up your Sitemate profile, you should ensure you're entering your full name, as it might be required for payroll purposes.

  • You can update your name, signature and profile photo via the Profile section of the app
