Sitemate Mobile Web lets you open a Sitemate Link in your browser and submit forms straight away - no app install, no account of your own. You do not need a Dashpivot account: when your company runs Dashpivot, this is one of the ways you fill out and submit their forms.

Yes. You can fill out and submit Sitemate forms in your mobile browser using Sitemate Mobile Web. Your admin shares access as a QR code poster or a Sitemate Link, and the website opens as soon as you scan or tap it.
If you already have the Sitemate Mobile App installed, a QR code or Sitemate Link opens the app instead.
How to Open Sitemate Mobile Web
There are three ways to get in:
Scan a Sitemate QR Code Poster
To submit a form from a QR code poster, follow these steps:
Open your phone's camera app
Scan the QR code on the poster
Sitemate Mobile Web opens in your browser - if you have the Sitemate Mobile App installed, this opens the app instead
Enter your mobile number, then enter the code we send you
Fill out the form and tap Submit
Open a Sitemate Link
To submit a form from a link your admin shared, follow these steps:
Tap the Sitemate Link, or paste it into your mobile browser
Sitemate Mobile Web opens in your browser - if you have the Sitemate Mobile App installed, this opens the app instead
Enter your mobile number, then enter the code we send you
Fill out the form and tap Submit
Go Straight to the Website
To open the website first and add your form from there, follow these steps:
Go to http://mobile.sitemate.id/ in your browser
Enter your mobile number, then enter the code we send you
On the home screen, tap Scan QR code or Enter a link
Fill out the form and tap Submit
