Submit a form while offline in the Sitemate Mobile App to continue working without an internet connection and sync your submission once you are back online.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Team Member (or higher)
Skills Required: App Navigation
Device Type: Mobile device
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Sitemate Mobile App.
Open the form.
Scan the QR code or enter the Sitemate link. If the form has been previously added, rescan it even while offline.
When you're in offline mode, the app has a pop-up that says Working offline - waiting to upload.
Fill out the form and click Submit. The forms you filled out has a status that says Upload pending.
When you're back online, the status will update to Uploading, then change to Submitted once complete.
