How to submit a Sitemate form on the Sitemate Mobile App

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: All Plan Types

  • Permission: Team Member (or higher)

  • Skills Required: App Navigation

  • Device Type: Mobile device

  • Subscription: Dashpivot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Sitemate Mobile App.

  2. Tap the Forms tab.

  3. Select the form you need to complete.

  4. Complete all relevant fields in the form.

  5. Tap the Sign to Approve field to add your approval signature.

  6. Tap Submit in the top right-hand corner.

If the Submit button is greyed out, ensure you have completed the Sign to Approve field. Once signed, the Submit button will turn green and be ready to select.

Notes

  • Once submitted, you are unable to re-access or edit that particular form. If you need to make adjustments, you could re-add the link to submit a new version of the form.

  • Certain fields on a form can be set to Required (meaning information is needed before submitting). If you have missed these fields, an error message will appear & required fields will be coloured in red. They will need to be completed before you're able to submit the form.
