Add a form using a Sitemate form link to quickly access and complete forms shared via URL on the Sitemate Mobile App.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Team Member (or higher)
Skills Required: App Navigation
Device Type: Mobile device
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Sitemate Mobile App.
On the Home tab, tap Enter a Form Link.
Enter the code provided.
Tap Submit.
Go to the Forms tab.
Tap the form to start completing it.
The form will now appear in your Forms tab, ready to be completed.
