Add a form using the Sitemate QR poster to quickly access and load forms into your Sitemate Mobile App by scanning the QR code.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Team Member (or higher)
Skills Required: App Navigation
Device Type: Mobile device
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Sitemate Mobile App.
On the Home tab, tap Scan QR Code.
Scan the QR code on the Sitemate forms poster.
The form(s) will appear in your Forms tab.
Tap the form to start completing it.
To add forms via QR code poster through your device camera, follow these steps:
Open your device's native camera
Scan the QR code
The Sitemate app will automatically open, and the associated forms will now appear in your 'Forms' section.
Note: To use this option, make sure the Sitemate app is already installed on your device, and that you're logged in with an active Sitemate profile.
