Sitemate Links allow people to open and complete forms through the Sitemate Mobile App without needing a full Dashpivot account. Once created, the link can be shared with your workforce or external parties.
You can share a Sitemate Link by sending the URL directly or by sharing its QR code.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to where your Sitemate Link is stored (Ongoing or Single link location).
Locate the link you want to share.
Click on the link URL to automatically copy it to your clipboard.
Paste and share the link via email or messaging platform.
To share via QR code:
Hover over the link.
Select Download Poster.
Share the digital poster or print it for users to scan.
Users can scan the QR code or open the shared link to access and submit the associated forms.
