Single Submission Sitemate Links can provide anyone with access to submit a single form for one or more templates, via the Sitemate app without a Dashpivot account.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Team Controller, Org Controller, Project Controller, Super User
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Templates section.
Toggle to the Links view.
Click Create Link.
Enter a name for the link.
Select the relevant template(s).
Distribute the link to the relevant people to click and submit, or print a QR code poster for anyone to scan to gain access and submit a form.
