Single Submission Sitemate Links give anyone on site the ability to submit a room completion sign-off electronically via the free Sitemate app — no Dashpivot account required. All submissions flow directly into your Dashpivot account and are automatically organised into a searchable register.
Place QR code posters on site walls so anyone can scan and submit a sign-off as required, and keep a complete record of every room completion in one place.
📓 Please note: in this workflow, the people filling out room sign-offs are not paid Dashpivot users. They use the free Sitemate app to submit forms at no cost.

How to create a Single Submission Sitemate Link for Room Completion Sign-offs
Go to the team folder where you want room sign-off records to be submitted
Go to the Templates section
Go to the Links tab
Make sure you are in the Single Submission section (this is the default). If you are in the Ongoing Submission section and create a link, every person who submits a sign-off will become a paid Sitemate Form User
Click Create Link
Give your link a name and select your room sign-off template
Click Create
Note: if you don't have a room sign-off template yet, go to Browse free templates to get started.
Once created, distribute the link to the relevant personnel or put up QR posters around your site so anyone can fill out and submit a room completion sign-off as required.
How do I get workers to submit room completion sign-offs?
There are two ways to share your Sitemate Link:
Copy the link and send it as a URL via email or text message
Download a QR code poster — when scanned with a smartphone, it opens the link directly. Print and display it on site or in your office.
When someone clicks the link or scans the QR code, the room sign-off template is added to their Sitemate app for them to submit.
