Sitemate Links give anyone on site the ability to submit JSA forms electronically via the free Sitemate app — no Dashpivot account required. All submissions flow directly into your Dashpivot account and are automatically organised into a searchable register.
Use this workflow to keep JSA records consistent across your projects, reduce paper handling, and maintain a complete audit trail accessible from any device.
How to create an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link for JSAs
Go to the team folder where you want JSAs to be submitted
Go to the Users section
Go to Sitemate Users — Paid
Under Sitemate Links, click Create Link
Give your link a name and select your JSA template
Click Create
Note: if you don't have a JSA template yet, you can access a free one via Browse free templates.
Once created, distribute the link to the relevant personnel so they can start submitting JSAs.
How do I get workers to submit JSAs?
There are two ways to share your Sitemate Link:
Copy the link and send it as a URL via email or text message
Download a QR code poster — when scanned with a smartphone, it opens the link directly. Print and display it on site or in your office.
When someone clicks the link or scans the QR code, the JSA template is added to their Sitemate app and they become a Sitemate Paid User.
Storm AI Templates
You can also use Storm AI Templates to automatically generate JSA forms from voice notes, photos, or written descriptions captured on site.

FAQs
Do workers need a Dashpivot account to submit JSAs?
No — workers only need the free Sitemate app. They submit forms via a Sitemate Link and do not have access to Dashpivot.
Will submitting JSAs via the Sitemate app cost anything?
Workers who submit via a Sitemate Link become Sitemate Paid Users, which may affect your billing. The Sitemate app itself is free to download.
Can I use a QR code instead of sending a link?
Yes — you can download a QR code poster from Dashpivot and display it on site. When scanned, it opens the JSA template in the Sitemate app automatically.
Where do submitted JSAs appear in Dashpivot?
Submissions appear in the team folder you selected when creating the link, automatically organised into a searchable register.
