Ongoing Submission Sitemate Links let your entire workforce submit timesheets electronically via the free Sitemate app, without needing a Dashpivot account. All submitted timesheets flow into your Dashpivot account and are stored in a searchable register for easy processing.
Please note: the Sitemate app is free to download, but setting up an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link for timesheets means that people submitting timesheets will become Sitemate Paid Users. They will not have access to Dashpivot — they use the Sitemate app only to submit timesheets into your account.
If your timesheet template is set up as a workflow, you can configure workflow notifications to alert the right person in your company (e.g. a supervisor or payroll admin) when a timesheet is submitted.

How to create an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link for Timesheets
Go to the team folder where you want timesheets to be submitted
Go to the Users section
Go to Sitemate Users 'Paid'
Under Sitemate Links, click Create Link
Give your link a name and select your timesheet template
Note: if you don't have a timesheet template yet, browse free templates in the Public Template Library.
How to get workers to submit timesheets
Once created, distribute the Sitemate Link to the relevant people. There are two options:
Copy the link and send it as a URL, e.g. via email or text message
Download a QR code poster that opens the link when scanned with a smartphone — print and display it at your site or office
When someone clicks the link or scans the QR poster, the timesheet template is added to their Sitemate app and they become a Sitemate Paid User.
