Sitemate Paid Users are mobile-only users who get ongoing access to submit forms via the Sitemate app (no password or email login required). They are created automatically when someone clicks or scans an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link, and they appear in your Users list with access to the associated templates
Paid users do not have access to log into Dashpivot, see other people’s submissions, or edit forms after submission — they only submit forms via the app.
Adding Sitemate Paid Users
A Paid User is created automatically when someone uses an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link (or QR code).
If a Single Submission Sitemate Link is used, the user can submit one form per template, but won’t become a Paid User (and won’t show in the Sitemate Paid Users list).
Removing Sitemate Paid Users
Click the Delete (red trash) icon next to the user to remove access.
Removal scope depends on where the user is removed (team folder vs project vs Home).
Removing from the Home Folder fully removes all template access and stops billing.
Note: Archiving an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link also removes the associated templates from the Paid User’s Sitemate app.
Can free users save a draft?
Yes. Users accessing a form via a Single Submission link can save a local draft and continue filling it out during the same session. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited. For workflows where workers need to submit forms repeatedly across multiple sessions (e.g. daily FLHAs, timesheets, pre-starts), use an Ongoing Submission link instead — this creates a Paid User with persistent access.
