When you import a document, Storm now brings every diagram, photo and drawing into your template and places it exactly where it sat in the original, including inside tables and text boxes. Storm also handles bigger, more complex tables better, so there is less to rebuild by hand after an import.

Storm can now configure complex formulas for you. Describe the calculation in plain language and Storm adds it to your template, already linked to the right fields. For the best results, be specific: name the fields and how they combine.

Move a form between team folders yourself, without raising a support ticket. Click Move on a form, choose a destination folder that already uses the same template, and the form moves across with its data, photos and history intact. Available on the Dashpivot Website and the Dashpivot Mobile app.

Configure email reminders on any expiry date field in the Actions template editor, so nothing slips through the cracks. Set who gets reminded and when, and it rolls out to all your actions automatically. Available on Pro plans and above.

Spot sign in and sign out times that may not be reliable. Turn on "Flag time discrepancies" in a template and Dashpivot flags Signature or Location timestamps for review, so you catch them before they reach an audit or a payroll dispute.

Sort your forms in the Register view by Lists, Workflow column, and Person fields (by first or last name). You can also filter Manual Signature fields by name or company, so finding the right form takes a couple of clicks instead of a scroll.

Bulk form creation now takes up to 500 rows per CSV upload, up from 100, so you can set up a whole project's worth of forms in one go. Available on Pro plans and above.

Add a List (dropdown) field to your Counter field so the option someone picks in the form appears in the form number itself. Numbers like "ITP-BRIDGE-014" now build themselves, which makes forms easier to find and sort in your register.

Point to exactly what matters in a site photo. Add lines, arrows, rectangles, circles and text directly on a photo in the Dashpivot Mobile app, or switch to a translucent highlighter to call out an area without hiding it. Draw a rough shape, hold still for a moment and it snaps into a clean one, and you can move, resize, rotate, recolour or delete any markup before saving.

Stop scrolling through hundreds of forms to find the one you need. Open a template in the Dashpivot Mobile app, tap the ⋯ menu and choose "Add filters" to narrow the list by who created the form, when it was created, or any field shown on the form thumbnail. Need just your own work? "View my forms" in the same menu shows only the forms you created, in one tap.

Switch between Map and Satellite when capturing a location in a form, so you can place a pin against the actual site rather than a blank map tile. The view you choose is saved with the location and is what everyone sees when they view the location. Available in both the Dashpivot Mobile app and the Sitemate Mobile app.

Site photos can now carry Easting and Northing grid coordinates alongside latitude and longitude, so records match the coordinate system your surveyors, councils and insurers already use. Turn on Easting/Northing Coordinates in Photo stamp preferences and pick your grid: UTM/MGA, British National Grid, OS grid reference, NZTM or Irish Transverse Mercator. Handy for flood-damage claims and asset registers that previously needed coordinates converted by hand.

Anyone with a form link or QR code can now sign up and submit forms straight from their phone's browser with Sitemate Mobile Web. No app download and no app store account, which makes it much quicker to get subcontractors and visitors filling in your forms.

Keep your licences, credentials and ID in one place in the Sitemate Mobile app, so you can show proof of competency at a gate or an induction without digging through your camera roll. You can also save important submitted forms to your wallet so they are always on hand.

You can now download the Gearbelt Mobile app straight from the App Store and Google Play Store. Check assets, complete work orders, scheduled checks and repair forms right from site. Sign in with your existing Gearbelt account to get started.

Connect Gearbelt to the systems your business already runs on, like your ERP, finance, or reporting tools, with the Gearbelt Open API. Securely pull your assets, work orders, inspections, and documents into your own systems, so your data is always in sync. This first version is read-only, and full documentation is available on the Sitemate developer portal.

Connect Gearbelt to AI assistants like Claude, Copilot and ChatGPT with a custom connector, and ask about your fleet in plain language. Questions like "which assets are overdue for a service" get answered from your live Gearbelt data, with no exporting and no spreadsheet building.

Download a register and its records as a single merged PDF, straight from the register. Choose Register only, Records only, or Register and records, depending on what you need to send to an auditor, a client, or your team.

Site photos are often the evidence your client needs, and digging them out of a PDF is slow. Your SharePoint flow now has a download content option: keep "Form only" for the PDF alone, or pick "Form with original photos" to get a ZIP with the PDF plus every photo at full resolution. Available to all Flowsite users with a SharePoint connection.

Your Sitemate Start account data now flows both ways through Flowsite. Set Sitemate Start as your system source to send account template data into Power BI, Excel, Power Platform, SharePoint, Xero and QuickBooks, or as your destination to sync SharePoint and Dataverse data into your account lists. One flow covers every workspace, so your data stays consistent across the whole account without rebuilding the same integration ten times. Sitemate Start is available on Premium and Platinum plans, and on unlimited plans by arrangement with your Account Manager. See the setup requirements.
