Open any template, head to the Build with Storm tab, and describe what you want changed. Add a whole section, restructure yes/no fields into a table, or make every field required in one instruction. Storm actions it, you review and save; you can undo or keep refining in the same conversation.

When you edit a template in the Build with Storm tab and your request isn't clear, Storm now asks a quick clarifying question instead of guessing. Answer it, type your own response, or skip, so the change lands right the first time.

You can now talk to Storm while editing a template. Hit record, describe the changes you want out loud, and Storm transcribes them into the chat. A few seconds of talking replaces minutes of typing.

Create a linked form directly from any form to connect related records as work happens. For example, raise an NCR straight from an ITP, so the follow-up ties back to its source.

You can now add Sitemate Profile fields to your templates to automatically populate saved details like Name, Company, and Phone. These fields stay editable, with the final value captured as a snapshot when the form is saved or submitted. This cuts repetitive typing on forms like inductions, sign-on/sign-off sheets, and daily diaries. Available across the Dashpivot Website, Dashpivot Mobile app, and the Sitemate app.

You can now roll a form back to a previous version, making it easy to recover from unwanted changes or errors. Every submitted change is tracked, so you can pick the exact point to restore.

You can now pick users from a dropdown when inviting them to a folder, instead of typing every email. Start typing a name or email and matching workspace users appear with their avatar, name, and email. Anyone who already has access to that folder is dimmed with the reason shown, so you know before you hit Invite Users. The same field still takes a brand-new email address for anyone who isn't in your workspace yet.

You can now automatically pull attachments from your List Property into table cells. Handy for setups like site diaries, inspection checklists, or cost breakdowns, where pulling in linked information keeps your forms accurate and up to date.

We've rebuilt the engine that renders forms in the Sitemate Mobile app and Dashpivot Mobile app. Forms now open faster, scroll smoothly, and stay responsive no matter how large they get. The upgrade also fixes stability issues that were causing crashes and freezes on big, complex forms.

The Overview tab is now live on the Sitemate Mobile app, joining Inspections, Issues, and Activity. Operators can scan an asset and see the whole picture in one place, without jumping between tabs.

Mechanics can now scan an asset's QR code from the Gearbelt Mobile Web app and go straight to its profile, without searching through the register. Crews standing in front of a machine can pull up its history and start a repair record, a schedule check record, or a work order on the spot.

Schedule Check tags and Work Order tags are now available on Gearbelt, so you can group work the way your team already thinks about it, whether by workflow, crew, contract, or job type. Filter assets, issues, schedule checks, and work orders by tag to pull up exactly the set of work you need.

Documents just got an update:

You can now connect Gearbelt to Flowsite and send your Gearbelt data straight into Power BI, Excel, or Power Platform. No more manual exports or stitching spreadsheets together to track things like plant hours and meter readings. Your reports sync on your schedule and stay up to date.

You can now sync data from your SharePoint lists directly into your Dashpivot lists with Flowsite's new SharePoint integration. Choose your site and list, match up the columns, and set how often it updates. Any changes in SharePoint flow straight through to Dashpivot, so your registers of subcontractors, equipment, or staff stay current without manual updates or re-importing spreadsheets. Available on Flowsite Premium and Platinum plans.

The Sitemate connector is now approved by Anthropic and appears in Claude's connector directory. Search for Sitemate in Claude's connectors, add it, and sign in. It's a simpler way to connect your AI tools to Dashpivot.
