Storm Updates
🌩️ Introducing Storm 1.0: AI Data Capture Agent for the Built World
This month, Storm officially launches with two AI features available across the Dashpivot Website, Dashpivot Mobile App, and Sitemate Mobile App.
AI Templates: create templates with AI
Generate: describe what you need (e.g. "method statement for demolition works") and Storm builds a smart digital template from scratch.
Import: upload an existing PDF, Word doc, Excel sheet, or photo of a paper form, and Storm rebuilds it as a Dashpivot template ready to use.
AI Form Fill: complete forms with voice, photos, and notes
Record a voice note, drop in photos, or type notes inside any open form. Storm reads them all together and fills the relevant fields automatically. You review every draft before saving.

Sitemate Start Updates
🏢 Account Layer for Centralised Governance Across all Workspaces
The new Account Layer sits above all your workspaces, giving admins central visibility of users across every Dashpivot, Flowsite, and Gearbelt workspace in your account. Setup lists and templates once at the account level and pull them into your Dashpivot workspaces, with any changes to the master automatically pushed down to every workspace copy. Keep your data consistent and governed at scale. Available on Premium and Platinum user-based plans, and as an add-on for Enterprise plans.
Dashpivot Updates
🌦️ Weather Field: Now Available on Dashpivot Website, Dashpivot Mobile App, and Sitemate Mobile App
Capture daily weather data (temperature, feels like, humidity, rainfall, wind speed) directly within your forms. The Weather field automatically logs conditions at the time of submission, adding context to site activities. Available on all plans, up to 10 Weather fields per template.
⚙️ Customise the Actions template
Org Controllers can now tailor the Actions template across the entire workspace to better match how teams manage their tasks. Customise fields and status column names, with updates reflected in newly created actions on the Dashpivot Website and Mobile App. Available on Pro, Premium, and Platinum plans.
✏️ Edit Child Lists Directly Without Returning to the Parent
A new setting lets you enable or disable editing and property management directly at the child list level. No more bouncing back to the parent list every time you want to make a change.
📋 Copy and Clear Table Columns
Editing table columns in forms is now faster. Copy data from one column and paste it into another using Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac), or clear all data from a column in one click.
📊 Sort Large Registers
Sort your largest Registers by the same columns available in smaller ones. Previously, Registers with more than 2,000 forms could only be sorted by created date. That limit is gone, and Registers load faster too.
📎 Attach Excel & CSV files in Forms
You can now upload Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm) and CSV files directly to templates and individual forms, alongside PDFs. These files are available for download across both the Dashpivot Website and Mobile App.
📱 Upload HEIC and HEIF Photos Straight From Your Phone
Forms and the photo gallery now support HEIC and HEIF files, the default format on many phones. You can upload photos straight from your device without converting them first.
📷 Download Original Photos in Forms
You can now download forms together with their original photos, straight from the form view. Photos are numbered to match their order in the form, making it easy to cross-reference between the photos and the PDF.
🔢 Project and Team in Counter Field
You can now add Project and Team folder names to the Counter field, so every form shows which folder it belongs to. Especially handy for organisation templates deployed across multiple projects.
🚀 Deploy Lists Without Leaving the List View
A new Manage Deployment button now appears inside any list opened from the Home folder. Click it to open the same deploy modal you'd see in the list library, and deploy straight to a target folder without bouncing back.
🪪 Scan Sitemate ID Can Now be Marked Required on Mobile
Scan Sitemate ID fields can now be set as required on the Dashpivot Mobile App, ensuring workers scan their ID before submitting a form. Every submission from the worksite is complete and identity-verified.
