Storm Updates

🗣️ Storm 2.0 is now conversational

Storm can now ask you clarifying questions as you fill in a form, and you can ask it questions back. If an answer is vague or something is missing, Storm follows up on the spot, so more detail gets captured while you are still in the form.

💬 Fill in a form over text or WhatsApp with AI Text Fill

Fill in a form in your preferred language over text or WhatsApp, with no app download and no login. Send Storm a Sitemate link, answer its questions in conversation, and the form is filled in for you.

📞 Fill in a form hands-free with AI Call Fill

Fill in a form hands-free and in your preferred language, with no app download and no login. Send Storm a Sitemate link to get a call, answer its questions out loud, and the form is filled in for you.

🛠️ Build with Storm is now out of beta

Storm now handles large tables, complex formulas and richer formatting, so it can take on building bigger templates end to end. You can also describe what you want out loud, and Storm checks in with you when something is not clear.

Sitemate Start Updates

👥 See Sitemate Free and Sitemate Paid users across your account

See every worker in your Sitemate Start account in one place. The Users view now has Sitemate Free and Sitemate Paid tabs alongside Workspace Users, so you can check which workers have submitted forms across your workspaces and the details of the workspaces they submitted to. Available on Premium and Platinum plans, and on accounts with the Sitemate Start add-on.

📥 Download your account's users

Download a list of everyone in your Sitemate Start account for licence reviews, audits or off-boarding checks. Select all users and click Download CSV in the Workspace Users, Sitemate Free or Sitemate Paid tab to export every user in that tab, or select specific users to export just those. Available on Premium and Platinum plans, and on accounts with the Sitemate Start add-on.

Dashpivot Updates

🔁 Repeat a group of fields within a form

Bundle a set of related fields into a group and repeat that group within a form on the Dashpivot Website. Useful when you are capturing the same information over and over, like test readings or inspection checks. Available on all paid plans in Open Beta.

📁 Clone team and project folders

Set up a new folder in seconds instead of rebuilding it by hand. Clone a team folder to copy its templates, template tabs and photo tags, or clone a project folder to bring across its team folders, lists, templates and photo tags. You will need project controller permissions to clone a team folder, and org controller permissions to clone a project.

🔗 Link an existing form, and download linked forms together

A Relationship field could only create a new linked form. Now you can attach one that already exists, filter the picker and tick several at once, and link forms you have already archived. Linking works on the Dashpivot Website and Dashpivot Mobile app, and on the Dashpivot Website you can download a form together with everything linked to it, merged into one PDF or as separate PDFs in a ZIP.

📝 Start every form with your standard content, using Default Values

Pre-author the standard content into a Dashpivot template so every new form opens with it already in place. Unlike Prefilled Text, which stays locked, Default Values is fully editable, so the crew can adapt the wording to the job in front of them. Set it up in the Default Values tab of the template editor on the Dashpivot Website, then create forms from it on the Dashpivot Website, Dashpivot Mobile app and Sitemate Mobile app.

⏳ Set email reminders on any expiry date field

Set up email reminders for any expiry date field in the template editor, choosing who gets reminded and when. These settings apply to every form created from the template, so expiry dates stay tracked across all of them.

🔔 Expiry reminders are being switched on by default for Actions

We are updating the Actions template so expiry date reminders are automatically enabled, helping you avoid missing any due dates. By default, the assignee is emailed 7 days before, 1 day before and on the due date. You can customise the reminder recipients and timing in the Actions template, and reminders are only sent for timings that have not already passed. Available on Pro plans and above.

🪪 View Wallet cards on forms

Wallet cards attached to a form now show in the Dashpivot Mobile app, with the card name, key details and expiry date. Tap a card to see the full record, including front and back photos, so you can check a credential on site. Cards are view-only and work offline once the form has been opened.

Gearbelt Updates

🔀 Conditional logic in Gearbelt

Keep your forms short by only showing the fields your team needs to fill in. In the form editor, click Add conditional logic on a Dropdown field, pick the value or values that should trigger it, and add the fields that should show.

🏷️ Filter your registers by Asset Tags

See your asset's tags at a glance in your Issues, Scheduled Checks and Work Orders registers, without opening each record. Those registers now have an Asset Tags column you can filter, so you can narrow them quickly.

🔌 Create and update records with the Gearbelt Open API

The Gearbelt Open API can now create and update records, not only read them. Your other systems, like ERP tools, can send data straight into Gearbelt, so your team does not have to enter it twice. Find the new endpoints in the Gearbelt Open API documentation.

Flowsite and Global Integrations Updates

🤖 Ask your AI assistant about your actions

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot for your open or overdue actions and get the answer in one step. The Sitemate connector can now pull your Dashpivot actions directly, with each action's status, assignee, due date and a link to open it. An Org Controller needs to turn on MCP access in Settings > Security first.

🔑 See who set up each Flowsite connection

Flows run on the permissions of the person who set up their connection, so if that person leaves or loses access to a template, the flow can stop working. The Connections page now shows who set up each connection and their email, so you can troubleshoot and reconnect flows with the right account without contacting support.
