Import a PDF, Word or Excel file, then tell Storm how to set it up. Add a photo field, apply conditional logic, make fields required, or keep only the pages you need. You get a template that's ready to go with little to no clean-up.

Something pulls you away mid-recording? Storm now automatically pauses so you can resume when you're ready. Available on both the Dashpivot Mobile app and Sitemate Mobile app, with nothing lost in between.

Upload footage from site and Storm fills the form from what it sees and hears, not just what you type. Available on the Dashpivot Website.

Hand Storm a spreadsheet, email, or PDF and it pulls the details straight into the form. Available on the Dashpivot Website.

Import list items by CSV directly into your account lists, using the same upload flow available for workspace lists. Previously, account lists could only be built manually, one item at a time. Imports sync straight down to any workspaces the list is added to, so copies stay up to date without stale rows or duplicates.

Adjust Weather Field times in the template editor. Choose the start time, number of columns, and time intervals so forms show the weather information most relevant to your work. Weather can only be captured on the Dashpivot and Sitemate mobile apps.

Org Controllers can now tailor how Actions are sorted across the workspace and control exactly what appears on each thumbnail, all from the Actions Template editor. You can also add approval signature logic for greater flexibility over who signs off at each stage. Available on Pro plans and above.

Users deploying a Deploy Empty list weren't always aware it would land unpopulated, causing confusion in the project. Two improvements now make this clearer:

You can now import up to 5,000 rows per CSV list import, up from 3,000. If any rows aren't valid, you'll get a downloadable error report showing what needs fixing.

You can now sort lists by list items or created date to make data analysis easier.

We've rebuilt the in-app camera for faster, sharper photo capture on site. The shutter fires instantly while photos process in the background, you can switch zoom levels with a tap, and the camera uses your device's optical lenses before digital zoom for clearer shots. Tap anywhere to set focus. Currently available in beta and rolling out to selected workspaces. Contact your CSM to enable the upgrade in your workspace.

My Actions and Profile now have their own tabs in the bottom navigation, so your to-do list and account are always one tap away. Your outstanding to-do count shows on the My Actions tab. Photos, Templates and Camera stay where you expect them.

Teams can now use Gearbelt directly from their mobile browser, no app download required. Mechanics can see all asset information, submit schedule checks, create issues and repair records, and action work orders from the field. This brings the full power of Gearbelt to where the work happens.

Users can now update inspection records, repair records, and schedule check records after they have been submitted. Every change is tracked, so you can see what changed, when, and by whom. This gives teams flexibility to add information, upload files, or fix mistakes while keeping a full audit trail.

Sync data from your Microsoft Dataverse tables directly into your Dashpivot lists with Flowsite's new Dataverse integration. Connect your Microsoft account, map Dataverse columns to your Dashpivot list properties, and run the flow manually or on a recurring schedule. Any changes in Dataverse flow straight through to Dashpivot, keeping your lists accurate without manual checks or duplicate updates. Available on Flowsite Premium and Platinum plans.
