🗂️ Actions Module
Dashpivot Org Controllers and Members can now view all actions created across the workspace. This helps improve visibility and makes it easier to track and manage work.
📄 Improved PDF Upload Feedback
PDF uploads in forms, templates, and table attachments now show clear progress notifications, success messages, and specific error details when uploads fail. This makes it easier to track upload status and quickly identify any issues.
🚫 Exclude Table Columns from Cloning
You can now exclude specific table columns from being cloned, helping prevent time-sensitive or confidential information from being copied into new forms. This works for both Default and Prefilled tables.
⏱️ Configurable Time Intervals for Forms
You can now customise time intervals in the template settings, choosing increments from 5 to 60 minutes for more precise scheduling and reporting. The default interval has also been updated from 30 to 15 minutes, and the setting applies across all time fields in that template, including existing forms.
📱 Support for Split View on iPads
Split View is now supported for iPads. Fill out forms in Dashpivot while referencing drawings, ITPs/SWMS, or client emails side by side without jumping between apps.
📸 Auto-save Photos to Drafts
Photos now auto-save as drafts. Every photo is saved immediately after capture, so you won’t lose images even if you close the app, switch tasks, or step away before uploading.
Sitemate App Updates
✨ Reskinned Home Screen
The Sitemate Mobile home screen has been refreshed with a cleaner layout and a new shortcuts section for quick access to key actions. Easily scan a QR code, enter a link, see your Sitemate ID, or manage your profile, helping you get where you need to go faster.
🎨 Adaptive Icon Support (Android)
The app icon now automatically matches your device's icon style and colour theme for a seamless look on your home screen.
Flowsite Updates
🔗 Open API Launch
The Sitemate Open API lets you connect your own applications directly to Dashpivot. Build custom integrations and automate data flows to fit your existing systems and workflows. Available on Flowsite Pro plans and above.
🛡️ Flow Validation
Flowsite now validates your Flows when they’re created or updated, clearly highlighting any errors before they're active. Flows with issues are saved as drafts until fixed, helping prevent failed runs and ensuring integrations work reliably every time.
