🤖 AI Templates Now Ask Clarifying Questions
When AI Templates isn't sure how to interpret your input, it now asks instead of guessing. Set your preferences, click Build, and answer a few quick questions along the way.
🖱️ Double-Click to Add Fields in the Template Editor
You can now double-click any field in the template editor sidebar to instantly add it to the end of your template. Shift + double-click adds it to the start. This makes building and editing templates faster, especially when adding several fields in a row.
🖼️ Prefilled Table Data in Form Thumbnails (Web only)
Form thumbnails now show data from Prefilled Tables, so you can identify the right form at a glance without opening it. Available on Web for now, Mobile coming soon.
📤 Photos and Forms Now Upload in the Background
Take photos, fill in forms, then switch apps or lock your phone. Dashpivot keeps uploading in the background so you're not stuck waiting for the app to finish.
Gearbelt Updates
🛠️ Updated Work Order Drawer and Register
A cleaner Work Order drawer and Register that gives fleet managers and mechanics clearer visibility into the work ahead. Issues and Schedule Checks now have their own views, tasks auto-complete on close, and the Register mirrors the drawer with bulk actions.
🔐 New Member Permission Type for Contributors
Gearbelt now supports Member permissions, a restricted access level that lets users get their work done without being able to delete other people's records or change workspace settings. Invite a user, set them as Member, and they'll be limited to safe actions across Assets, Issues, Forms, Work Orders, and Schedule Checks.
Flowsite Updates
🔀 SharePoint Filename-Based Routing Upgrades
Filename-Based Routing in SharePoint just got more flexible. You can now set the root folder where routing starts, and control how created subfolders are formatted, so files land exactly where your team expects them. Available on Flowsite Pro and above.
🔌 Open API: Add and Remove Form Attachments
New Sitemate Open API endpoints let you add and remove attachments on Dashpivot forms programmatically. This makes it easier to keep form records in sync with files from your other systems.
