The workspace switcher has been redesigned with a new sidebar that groups workspaces by Sitemate account and product (Dashpivot, Flowsite, Gearbelt), making them easier to find and navigate. You can quickly switch between products, view workspaces in a clear hierarchy, and create new workspaces directly from the switcher.

Create templates faster using our AI Agent. Describe what you need or upload existing files (PDF, Word, Excel), and the AI will generate structured Dashpivot templates in minutes, saving hours of manual setup. This is currently available in beta.

You can now set Workflow Approval Signature logic rules based on Action statuses within a form. This ensures all required Actions are completed before approvals, helping prevent incomplete or premature sign-offs.

Add a custom identifier to every form using the new Counter field. Set prefixes, number formatting, and a starting number to keep records organised and easy to track.

Capture precise locations with the Location field. With a single tap, field teams can log where work was done, automatically creating accurate and reliable records. The number of Location fields you can add per template depends on your plan.

You can now clone templates directly from the template editor with a single click, creating an exact copy in the same folder. The cloned template keeps all fields, settings, and configurations, and opens in a new tab for immediate editing, reducing setup time from minutes to seconds.

You can now export your Actions Register as a PDF or CSV, for either the full register or individual actions. Exports include source details, making it easier to share data and use it in reporting tools Power BI through Flowsite.

Make workflow notifications more meaningful by using template fields in your email subject lines. Build custom subject lines with date, list, person, and single line text fields, so approvers know exactly what needs attention before opening the email. The number of template fields you can add depends on your plan.

Tapping a workflow notification email now opens the exact form instantly in the Dashpivot mobile app. Go straight to the form in one tap with no extra navigation required.

You can now export user information from any user table (Contributors, Visitors, Sitemate Paid, or Sitemate Free) as a CSV. Select users and download a file with names, emails, permissions, and activity dates, making it easier to audit access, track licence usage, and review permissions across your organisation.

You can now filter the Actions Register by Source columns, including Project, Team, and Template. This makes it easier to narrow results and quickly find the right actions.

Add a Folder Name field to your template headers and footers to automatically display the project or team name in forms and PDF exports. This helps improve document consistency and clarity across your records.

The search bar in the Activity tab lets you instantly filter your submission history by keyword, so you can find specific forms or records in seconds. No more endless scrolling, just type and find.

Manage asset schedules more flexibly with support for multiple triggers and forms within each schedule, and multiple schedules per asset. The improved workflow makes it easier to set up and manage maintenance activities.
