The Gearbelt Operator Web App makes it easy for you to record inspections, log and view issues, access asset documents, and check any forms that have already been submitted - like inspections or repair forms.
It is extremely easy to access - no app download is required, simply scan an asset QR code.
To access the Gearbelt Operator Web App via QR code scanning, follow these steps:
1. Open your device camera and scan the asset Gearbelt QR code
2. Select 'Continue to Gearbelt'
3. From there, you'll be able to navigate different sections:
Activity — shows all activity related to the asset (inspections completed, issues recorded, issues resolved, etc.)
Inspections — access all asset-specific form templates, view and submit forms
Issues — view recorded issues for the asset, organised by status (New, Pending, Closed)
Overview — find all asset information such as location, latest hours/mileage, ID, make, model, registration number, and related documents such as operator manuals
