In Gearbelt, schedule forms are used to document and manage planned maintenance activities for assets. These forms help ensure servicing tasks are completed on time and according to specific requirements. Submitting schedule forms through the Gearbelt Mechanic Web app allows mechanics and collaborators to record maintenance checks and keep asset servicing information organised and accessible.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: Computer/browser
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click the link to the Gearbelt Mechanic Web app.
Select Schedule Form.
Select the asset for which you are completing a schedule form.
Complete the required checks in the schedule form template and select Submit at the bottom of the form.
View the submitted schedule form in the Schedule Activity section where collaborators can view and download it.
