Repair forms in Gearbelt are used to document when and how an issue has been resolved. They help track the details of the repair, including who fixed the issue, what was completed, and when the repair occurred. This ensures there is a clear and reliable maintenance record for each asset.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer/browser
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click the link to the Gearbelt Operator Web app.
Select Issue Repair.
Select the asset for which you are completing a repair form.
Complete the required information in the repair form template and select Submit at the bottom of the form.
View the submitted repair form in the Repair Activity tab in the Issues section where collaborators can view it.
